The world is incredibly beautiful. It's amazing to see different parts of the country that are so different from each other, but still gorgeous. A flat and arid part of the desert where you can see for miles has a beauty to it just as much as a thick forest with a creek running through it.

 

It's fascinating to hear people talk about their land. Whether it's a seller talking about how they came to own it and why it's time to let it go, or a buyer about what their dreams are for the property, there's an excitement to it on both sides. Sellers are excited to get cash for land they're not using, buyers are excited to get a new investment, vacation property or place for a new home or business.
